Refund policy


  • Colonia Exchange & Refund Policy:

    • No Returns on Used Items: For hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes.

    • No Returns on Tester and Samples Products 

    • Unopened Returns: Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery via DM.

    • 14-Day Window: Unopened items must be returned within 14 days for a refund.

    • Original Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging for any refund.

    • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are not refundable.

    • Damaged on Arrival: Email colonia.perfume.shop@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos.

    • Exchanges: Only for unopened items, subject to availability.
